Custom Order Process

1. Please message us for free design assistance.
2. Once we finalize the design and dimensions, we will provide you with a price quote.
3. As these items are high-value, we require a 50% deposit of the total order cost.
4. Production Process: We will begin by cutting and shaping the raw wood. You will be involved in selecting and adjusting the unfinished shape. Once satisfied, we will proceed to the next stages and provide photos and videos for review and further customization until the final product is ready.
5. Before shipping: Please complete the remaining balance, after which we will pack the item and arrange for it to be shipped by a carrier.
